Hull University

WJPS have a great working relationship with the University of Hull, and have worked with a number of different departments including the Student Services Directorate, Information Technology and Communications Directorate, and the Scarborough Campus. Using our extensive knowledge of the Higher Education Market, we have been able to provide a range of skills including Consultancy and Bespoke Development.

Our consultancy packages have been used to complete market reviews and then advise on the most appropriate solution for the project. We have worked on sourcing and providing online 1-2-1 chat interfaces for Student Support and Conference Management Systems for the commercial services team. We also worked closely with the Student Services Directorate, dealing with senior management and helpdesk staff to draw up a specification and write a bespoke appointment management system which is being used on a daily basis to manage a wide range of appointment types on the busy AskHu helpdesk.
