Applying for a grant is straightforward.
1. Complete our online application form: fill in our Community Grant Application form (link set out below) or collect a copy of the form in person from our Council office.
2. Provide supporting information: clearly outline the purpose for your project, along with how you will use the funds. Ensure you outline how residents in the community will benefit from your project.
3. Send us your application: submit your completed application form online, along with any other supporting documents by email or handing your paper copy over in person at the Council offices.
Our Councillors on the Governance & Resources Committee will carefully review every application to ensure fairness and transparency in line with the Grants Application Policy - 2025 and eligibility criteria.
Successful applicants will be notified by email to the nominated contact added to the application form after the Governance & Resources Committee's review.

Community Grant Applications are considered in October and April annually. The Phase 1 Grant Application Deadline for 2025 - 2026 is 3 September 2025 and applications will be considered at the Governance & Resources Committee Meeting of 1 October 2025.
